Daredevil fundraisers are needed to take part in the Royal National Lifeboat Institution’s Dracula Drop bungee jump during Whitby Gothic Weekend.
The event, on Saturday 24 April, has become a popular event in the lifeboat charity’s fundraising calendar and takes place over Whitby Harbour, with the picturesque town and abbey as its backdrop.
RNLI Events Manager Lisa Rutter said: ‘The Dracula Drop has been running for four years now during the Gothic Weekend and goes from strength to strength. It really is a unique experience and a great fundraising event for the RNLI which over the past three years has raised £15,000 for our charity. We only have 60 places for the Dracula Drop so anyone who would like to take part should sign up as soon as possible.’
