Runswick Bay Kayak Fishing (Yorkshire)

Runswick Bay is known to hold an abundance of kayak fishing opportunities for anyone willing to put in the time to learn the area. A good mixture of kelp and sand is to be found close at hand. The areas to the South of the village over towards Kettleness and to the north up towards Port Mulgrave should be within paddling distance and the inshore fishing here is exceptional.

Parking is chargeable by the hour in the villages car parks which are roughly 100 yards from the slipway. You should expect this scenic village to be busy during the summer months but once out on the sea you will be on your own viewing one of the most scenic parts of the Yorkshire coastline.
