At the new Liverpool Boat Show thereâ€™s a great chance to try kayaking for free with Johnson Outdoors UK at the Paddle In â€˜Pool feature. Â An exciting range of canoes, kayaks and sit-on-tops will be on the water in Dukeâ€™s Dock so members of the public can get afloat on safe, sheltered water and see how much fun these craft can be. Â They will be able to try out boats from the world leading brands of Ocean Kayak, Old Town and Necky and all safety equipment will be provided.
The Paddle In â€˜Pool visitor attraction will be run in conjunction with the adventure school Surf-Lines, based in North Wales, who specialize in canoeing and kayaking courses. As well as paddling the boats, a full range of craft will be on display on shore with experts on hand to offer plenty of friendly advice about everything from sit-on-tops to stand up paddleboards. There will also be a dedicated kayak fishing section.

Necky is the name enthusiasts turn to for sea kayaks, recreational kayaks and day tourers. All the craft offer excellent stability and manoeuvrability and there is a fantastic new Necky sit-on-top tourer.Â Necky craft are also often used for long distance exploration and on many expeditions.
