Whitby West this afternoon (with a few snowy pics)

Well against my better judgement I had a trip out this afternoon down to the west pier.
sea looked good, just a shame about the silly amount of snow falling. anyhow, using fresh lug and mussell I managed to get one decent bite which I missed. snow got worse and the wind got up so I packed in about 5pm.
there was another lad coming onto the pier just as I was leaving, hope he did better than me, cant seem to get a fish on at the moment :angry:
got a few pictures of the snow covering some familiar spots though

i think the great pics make up for lack of fish. good pics.

 

There will be a day where I can eventually take a picture of a cod....hopefully one that I have caught :cheesy:......unfortunatly it dosent look like it will be any day soon, but that wont stop me trying
