Whitby Weather 21st ...

    Anyone have a reliable local weather and inshore seastate forecast for tomorrow the 21st .. ?

    Hold the curser over the arrow nearest Whitby - Usually Fylingdales or Loftus.

    I would think you need the wave heights well below 1.0 when its northerly for you to even look at the sea before heading out - But I guess you know what your craft is capable off - Only thing at Whitby with the area your intended to fish is that any swell is exagerated by the decreasing Depth and the swell hitting the rock edge at the Bell bouy.

    it is a problem when we go from deep water to shallow rocky areas ... weve seen the swell rise over 8ft ... frightening .. :eek:

    lets hope the water is reasonable ... if not we may move elsewhere once weve seen it.
