whitby slipway launching fee

    Hi guys does anyone know the current price. Been looking all over net and can't it for love not money.

    Page 37 £12.33 + car parking fees think we paid about £20 last year and I don't think it's gone up

    Cheers guys don't know how the hell you found that.

    Do you pay the harbour master the parking or just feed a meter?

    Pay the Harbour Master in the building on the car park next to the slipway. You will need to show a copy of your boat insurance before you can launch.

    If he's not in, you can post the money through his letter box in an envelope. You will need to write all your details on the envelope, these being

    Your name and address.
    Mobile number.
    Boat name, colour and type.
    Name of your Insurance company covering your boat.
    Your vehicle registration.

    The harbour Master will then put the appropriate tickets on your car windscreen on his return, together with any change due.
