December 17th Big Cod For Jack On Sea Otter 2

The quality of fish was very good indeed, john and young jack vero joined the lads on there trip and once again young jack was right in amongst it. At 12 years old this lad is doing extremely well at times no-body can touch him.

Jack reminds me of myself as I was like this at his age, mad on fishing. It is great to see, the lads must have had around the 80 codling mark on the boat and probably more

So that's another year over for The Whitby Charter Skippers Association. Once again the mainstay of the reports on the forum have come from the same few boats, namely : Sea Otter 2, Mistress, Avante and more recently Ken Grahams Libby.

These guys take the time to take pictures at sea and post reports. Without their input the forum would be a much poorer place to be. If your thinking of booking a trip next year then please at least give them some consideration. The quality of reports they post here shows how committed to the sport they are and their love of fishing and passion for catching is always evident.

In the next few days this topic will be placed in the site archives for the best topics. No doubt it will go on to receive many thousand more hits in the coming years. The boats who have posted the reports will no doubt reap the rewards from that in the coming years.

Thanks again guys and good luck to you all in 2014. I wonder what the coming year has in stall for us all.

    Best wishes - Glenn.
