For some reason I thought it finished yesterday. Still time for more good fish then.

Here is another report from our Facebook group posted by Perry Franklin

    WHITBY SPRING FESTIVAL 2016

Due to cancellations (unfortunate circumstances with regular anglers) and also places available both TROT ON and ALLIANCE have places available for this coming Thursday/Friday, these are the best tides in the festival and with the weekend looking dodgy weather wise it could be the last chance of catching a winning fish,

TROT-ON is the current leader in the 2016 Spring festival with a cracking 16lb cod, and with more daily wins than any other boat and Paul trying to complete a "hatrick" of festival wins its all guns blazing aboard TROT-ON
    Call Paul on 07766995847

ALLIANCE is TROT-ON'S sister vessel formally sea urchin 2 is custom made for angling with cups of tea/coffee available microwave, seating, and onboard toilet available for use
With some impressive catches of late ALLIANCE is well worth a shot,
    Call Shaun on 07721670810

Do not worry about tackle all rods/reels can be provided the very best gear provided by Www.anglingdirect.com

Don't forget to give our summer festival sponsers - THE SKIPPERS CAFE A visit for 10 percent off all breakfasts for anglers free cups of tea/coffee and will even fill your flasks up for you contact number is 07710025462 to pre book you breakfasts so there is no waiting about.

Someone will be a grand richer in about 3 days time, could well be won this last week, still all to play for

Last chance of a bigger one as the week draws on and tides drop out. Who knows what could happen. So many times its won on the last day.
