I replaced the power steering belt a while back and noticed the little grooved wheel that it runs round (the bearing in it is real noisy), can it be replaced? I also had some issues with the imfamous limp mode, it only occasionally does it between 60-70 mph, before that its fine and boot it after 70 its fine, its a blip basically. Diagnostics point to crankshaft position sensor, could it be accessed on your drive?
crankshaft sensor may as well be done at same time.
Tensioner kit on drive belt as well, so basically theres

tensioner wheel thingy on power steering belt
    tensioner kit on t'other belt
    camshaft sensor
    crankshaft sensor

    Regards
    Joel

Should be able to do the sensors and the pully will be an idler that will be ok.

Wich drive belt tensioner do you meen? Cam belt or alternator belt? If its cam belt tensioner then will have to replace the whole lot not just the tensioner if its alternator belt tensioner then its not to bad to do

its a mondeo so no cambelt, yeah I mean the alternator belt (tensioner kit), the belt has actually been changed, the garage said the tensioners want replacing, power steering wines a bit, but Im sure its that bearing.
Ive heard the sensors are best being replaced with genuine fords, apparently they had to re design them.
If you think you could do it, get back to me

    Cheers
    Joel
