ok im in for a laugh,ivehad some already but ill start from 1st oct for this.isthere a min size ,i presume there will be!
dont suppose ill get near but ill be happy with half that

Like the last few years I'll enter the challenge but it's a long shot! I'd be more than happy with anything, would love to get 25+ ray: Will be out there putting in the hours as usual though.

It will be challenge for me !! I will probably manage around 8 to 10 trips in that period so will have to average between 5 and 7 fish a session :surprise:

i reckon that if it is legal size - 14" - then it counts, anything below , dosen't ( and elastic tape measures are banned)

i am going for 100 for the pot this year over here at blackpool
its a great season so far this year
coming out in 2-5 most tides
i have had my to best trips on my life this year 3Weeks a go 18 16 for the pot last sunday 31 24 for the pot
no real big one but two good fillets from them up to 3lb





51 for the pot so far
80 cod in total

Theres a lot of just size fish around this year, just remember to put some back and next year there will be plenty of a better stamp. The last codling boom like this was 1997 if I remember rightly, bags of 10+ fish were quite common and the following year there was a good run of 3lb+

Lets hope its as good as its looking like.
