It's a pity you lad's cant find something better to do with your spare time,:the report's you lad's put up are second to none,it's about time sea angler got in touch and put a few in,instead of the usual monthly crap they come up with ....once again fantastic report with smashing picture's...well done....mick.

Ken you should try a bit of touch ledgering I used a 1.5oz running ledger rig,it was great sport and the rod (Normark Rock Hopper Plugger) was nice and light to hold.I was tempted to freeline a big crab bait but unfortunately didnt get round to it but will certainly be trying it next time.

Pity about the mullet but at least it was caught, witnessed and unhooked before it did it's Houdini act.Got to admit I think a big un would give a really good account of itself so good luck Gary and have that drag set right.

    Excellent work chaps!
You've got me really tempted to have a drive up there in the next fortnight- some really nice fish there.
Shame you didn't get the pic of the mullet but knowing Andy he'll produce one locally sooner or later.

We were looking in a different area and didnt take a rod , well I guess you know whats coming !! we came across a creek that was
alive with good sized mullet , we all said how nice it would have been to have had a go at them [ well something like that !!!!! ] we
were spitting blood , but im sure we will give them a good sorting out next time , we will also be trying for a tope in another area
not to far from the mullet
