Recent fresh water should have cleared up inside ,so inside marks

Should now be OK for both options.

For what its worth, box of squid (cheap enough) as a stand by.

If you don't use it, use on beach sessions.

Yesterday a boat that got off local had @ ,20 mops to ,3lb on bait.

I'll let you know how shads etc fish on wed (if we get off)

skipper probably will decide the night before or on the morning, if it's nice enough he might go wrecking so plastic and hokkiais or baited hokais, otherwise uptiding squid and lug Just a pain taking both types of sinkers :( or..... if clear enough some good pollack on plastic close in as well.:)

I've got tuesday for fishing not sure where to go? thinking of the gare fishing low to high is it worth fishing the Germans i think they are called at low tide? The bit that sticks out at right angles to the pier ie the begining of the beach.?

do I just go straight to the furthest point and chuck out lug/squid macky or aim for the channel at low tide?

If you stand at the gate to the Gare, looking down towards the Gare end, German charlies is on the right side behind the gun turret (Redcar side), giving it the name GC. You cant reach the channel there as you have to cast in to the river to do that, unless you mean a different spot completely? If you want to fish the river channel. i'd fish it on the bigger low tides to make sure you hit the channel, with a bit of sea on mind.

no my mistake I meant the channel/gulley between the germans when you look on the map at low tide a little island island appears with a gap between germans1.PNG

Yeah, i know where you mean now. I would fish it on the flood and expect bass to run through to the beach.
