    I think ... tho' I could be rong :p Its something to do with protecting the "Ocean Quahog"
    what the f... is one of them when its at home?? I hear you ask?
    Well.... Its a very slow growing clam the Cod as well as the Americans and Norwegians love to eat.
    and one of it's habitats is ..... Runswick bay.
    so maybe they will stop dredging for scallops there?
    we can only hope.:cool:

    read somewhere that although implemented, it will not be "policed"

    but I suppose its a start, hopefully they wont "flatten" any more

    reefs/wrecks.
