had another look tonight with not much hope of catching anything due to the highly coloured water.

damo was first to find the fish quickly getting two around the 2lb mark, i got one soon after around the same size.

about an hour went by and then i hooked into a beast of a fish. after a good 5min fight i get the fish in. it took some landing with my dad down the ladders with a net and the fish getting bashed around in the swell.

i had the keys to the tackle shop so i quickly ran down to weigh it and it tipped the scales at 9lb 10oz a new pb and the biggest fish ive ever caught.

my dads got a pic on his fone which ill post in the morning.
