    What size

About a week or two late with the question mind, been doing work on a swimming pool complex and everything was marine grade stainless, nuts bolts fixings and handrail

I need a couple of half inch to fit my transducer to a new mount, also need something to fix mount to transom.

I used a timber block, cut and shaped to fit the transom and allowed for the shape of the underside of the hull and fixed it with sikaflex and painted it afterwards, fixed the transducer to the block with 2 stainless steel screws

No holes in the boat, that was about 8 years ago and still as good as new

Will have a look but dont think I picked up anything that big

You'll be alright using zinc plated / galvanized bolts. They can be bought at any DIY shop, just replace them when they start to rust. If you want to go the stainless route you'll need A4 or better quality , try Hawk fasteners skippers lane indutrial estate.
