    BBC 4 9oclock to-night

Programme looking into the 40% demise of sea birds around our coasts.

starts up Scotland, may be of interest of how feeding habbits/loss of food

ie; sprats/sandells have had an effect.

it might be useful to help understand also the effect for anglers on type

of species targeted & how returns may have been effected recently.

ie: bass/Pollock up Mull areas etc etc.

There is a massive decline in some species. I think people see herring gulls and think thats the only type of seabird known to man. Some of the local Kittiwake colonies have disaapered.
