Lad washed off rocks and missing in cornwall :( :( RIP

Just thought with winter coming serves as a harsh reminder to take care when on rock marks/piers etc :(

I have fished all around that area for the last 30 plus years, been just a bit too close to the sea once, got a good soaking ,but thats all,and since then have always been extra careful, there is nothing between you and the Americas there, except a lot of sea..
That area does get a lot of " ground sea" and sometimes a big roller can appear fom nowhere on an otherwise calm day, generated thousands of miles away, it has to stop when it reaches the land...... its scary.

My thoughts go out to their families .
