    The winner each month will be the captor of the heaviest fish. Each monthly winner will recieve a £20 tackle voucher to spend at Whitby Angling Supplies.

    OCTOBER 2007 - North Bay Otter with a 7 pounds 7 ounce cod caught on 18th October 2007 at Scarborough.

    Well if thursdays session on cowbar cliffs is anything to go by,there ars some huge fish out there waiting to be caught,it took me and a mate 25 minutes to handball an absalute monster up to within 10ft of the cliftop only for the rig body to go on him.
    Good luck to anyone who hooks a fish of that size. :crazy:

    Spent all afternoon sorting out the heaviest fish comp and its missing posts. Finally I got it done only to forget the best bass of the season. Didnt do it on purpose - honest :whistle: :whistle:

    i was on sandend cliffs thursday nite with a few pals of mine nd managed 2 pull up a 8 half lb cod,but dont no how 2 post pics of it ,as i hav some nd i could post them if any 1 could tell me how 2 i would be most greatfull nd its a shame rob never landed his off cowbar cos it sounded like a right monster andy.

    Exactly 5 pounds from Goldsborough earlier this week. THe fish took a rather large cocktail of 3 peeler, 1 black worm and 10 mussel (kindly left for me by a fellow angler).

    Nice 1 Glenn, Thats some cocktail fella :surprise:, I'd like to see Paul Kerry try and cast that lot 150 yards :laugh: :laugh:

    Leeds looked a bit unlucky tuther nite against Derby, my mate went and said they deserved at least a draw, apparently the better team other than the 1st 20 mins........ Nemind Championship next year, swapping with Donny :sad:

    Yes lets hope the forcasts right Glenn and it pushes some good fish in shore.
