Just had an email from the Marine Conservation Society about a vote for 'Complete Protection' for Flamborough Head.

Does 'Complete Protection' mean 'No Angling' ?

The link for voting is at http://www.yourseasyourvoice.com/mpa/?region=1&site=2#map

Suggest you have a look as they seem to be voting on other UK sites as well.

the Marine Conservation Society is a complete misnomer, it is basically a pressure group aiming to get no go areas designated, & by having name that implys it is something official. they have been represented at the netgain meetings & pushed this hardline stance but without much sympathy from the other participants.

Summed up very well Dave. Its sort of a green wishlist. But no-one will listen to them.
