Yesterday saw another break in the weather but it was giving wind first thing in the morning to drop away around 8 am but as normal the forcast was little out and we didnt set sail till 10am when the wind dropped off . My intentions as the tide being very small was to head down to robinhhods bay where you get more tide around this coast than anywhere else so on small tide you still have a resonable amount of run to make the fish feed i told the lads once the tide got running the fun would begin . It wasnt long before the rods were boucing and it fished stead for the lads around 50 codling coming onboard and with a first time uptiding for imran who is a heart consultant he nailed 8 or 9 cod so he was very pleased he is bringing his buddies with him on his next trip on sea-otter 2. Simon gets amoung the fish simon ends up with 8 or 9 fish . This man got on right roll and showed his mates how its done . The fish comes to the net. A nice codling. Imran starts rattleing them out 2 fish in minuites. All in all as i told the lads the afternoon session was going to be fine as sure enough it was everybody had nice day and with around 50 codlings on the boat for an afternoon session you just cant knock it plus as a bonus we saw no seals. paul.
