roll  on spring gjw im champing at the bit  :canadian:to get back up to scotland,i am gonna start at the kirkudbright area the next half decent weather we get see if there is any thornies,the beaches near me are covered with thornie egg cases but they are just about uncatchable on my side of the solway.

we had some great pollack fishing at the mull,garry and me (harry the cod)so now you know what i look like thats me with 9lb 1oz pollack ,we stay at my caravan ,it is a good base to fish from .our best session 86 pollack in about six hours.delta eels,jelly worms and mackrell strip was all you need to fish from the cliffs and beaches.i will be up again for two weeks in september ,i will be trying for bass and pollack .i will try to post some photos,tight lines ,HARRY THE COD

sorry I hadnt noticed your post before or else I would have replied earlier. The fishing sounds awesome and you guys certainly seem to know how to locate them better fish.
