It is a cracking site, well designed with lots of information on fishing marks right across the north east of England. The list of marks continues to grow and currently includes Staithes and Boulby, Port mulgrave, Kettleness, north east cod mark, sandsend, Whitby, Upgang, Robin hoods bay, ravenscaar, Scarborough and Filey brigg. The majority of information does apply to the area immediate to Whitby. Its the ideal site for anyone wanting to learn marks to catch the Whitby areas many fish species including cod bass wrasse whiting pollock coalies flatfish and many others.
I must add that this site is not owned by Whitby sea anglers and none of the information within is in no way linked to the club. Make sure you read any health and safety warnings about rock fishing within this site before venturing out onto the rocks as rock fishing in this area is one of the most dangerous sports known.
