Lockwood Beck - Ryans pb Rainbow

hi guys,

i went up to lockwood beck on the 10th of August on the sunday,
lost rainbows four in the afternoon and then at 7.30 pulling my line really slowly and then my rod nearly
shot out of my hand then 20 minutes later after my line got stripped of my fly reel i got this 5lb and 12 oz rainbow trout my first ever on the fly and was caught on the conehead damsel.

Well done Ryan. I remember my first fly caught Rainbow, and how i felt. Although, it wasnt a 5lber +, i'll never forget it. Hopefully, theres more to come mate, so keep it up.

Full marks Ryan, thats an amazing fish, you deserve that for the time and effort you put in and all the research you did on flies etc. Your dad was telling me the other day you were booked in at Lockwood for the day with casting lesson thrown in.
