River Tees Barrage Petition
« on: February 27, 2008, 06:13:58 PM »
Below is a link to the ACA who are challenging British Waterways and the EA to build a new and effective fish pass on the River Tees at the Barrage.  As a new fish pass would benefit returning migratory fish in their journey up river to spawn, i therefore, would welcome other members of this site to sign the petition. A link to the petition can be found in the botton left hand corner of the web site.

Cheers
Dave

I got my reply back from them. I signed the form months ago. I believe there are already over 800 names on the petition, but more are needed, so keep signing it. It really doesn't matter whether you fish the Tees or not, we are all fellow anglers and we should stick together otherwise our sport will go the same way as hunting.
