Hi
Any of you guys and gals know if there are any pike in the esk at danby,, im sure ive heard some one say that theve seen one in there, almost sure it was in the pool just upstream from duck bridge

I can't imagine that there won't be.

If you e-mail the EA from their contact page they will pass your enquiry to a local fisheries officer and he should be able to confirm it one way or another.

Im 100 % there isnt , altho ive heard rumours of a few course type fish around ruswarp i have never seen any coarse fish in the esk , which has always puzzled me , i think it must be down to the water . dont ask me why .....

I've never seen any or heard of any. You would imagine with the amount of Mepps, Rapalas and Tobies getting fished that the odd one would turn up if they were there.

Like you say if there was any they would of been seen/caught by now. If any were caught no doubt they would get a swift knock on the head anyway  cry
