Anyone fished Woodlands (Thirsk) recently? Hows the new developments? Are there any new lakes?

How many lakes do they have these days? I remember the first time I fished there it was just the one lake!

think they have 13 lakes now they have been busy buildin chalets and a posh restaurant called the watermill as far as i know they have not built any more lakes ,the oaks at sessey is building 2 new lakes for this  summer  cool

I heard Woodlands is over run with rats (I apologise if that is wrong though), if that is the case then that will be a lovely place to have a posh restaurant  vomit
