Well Dan, here goes!

Nymph- Gold Ribbed Hares Ear
Dry- Daddy Long Legs (you've got to love those big, splashy takes)
Lure- Black tadpole (weighted or with goldhead)
Wet fly- Now you've got me! Invicta - good call mate and its pretty good fished like nymph- just left to drift round in the wind. Sea trout like it as well! Mallard & Claret and Black And Peacock spider are up there as well though.

I usually fish for coarse fish on rivers rather than trout so I'm out of practice with stillwaters.

My four for stillwaters are:

Nymph - PTN
Wet - Black Buzzer
Lure - Viva
Dry - Black Gnat

At least 0.5% of my stillwater fish are caught on buzzers Rupert. Dont ask me why, they just dont do it for me. To pick a favourite fly is hard for me because i'm more of an opportunist angler, and accept what fly works the best on the day.  I find hatever fly is successful on a regular basis one season is usually crap the next.
If i had to dig deep though. i would say probably the shrimp and dry sedges. One time i tied some shrimps with the shell back made from smoked mackerel skin, and they were probably the most successful wet fly i've ever tied.  I have no idea if they were gonna be consistent and fish subsequent season/seasons, because i never tied any more up.

Good topic, most of mine fall into the following:-
nymph - Gold ribbed hares ear - fished either just sub surface or ginked up to fish on-top.
Dry - muddler.just love the times when the trout chase it to the take
lure - olive damsel's take fish, also the cat's whisker is a sure bet.
wet fly - micro spiders fished on a inter' will have you catching ALWAYS!.
Tight lines everyone...
