wheres the good weather

spring hardly has any spring  :death:  in it's step, does it, the crabs seem reluctant to take their jackets off round here, this time last year, i was over run with the evil little cannibals, the long range just seems to have low pressures hanging around the british isles, bringing dull misty crap weather,  alright the temps have risen a bit but does anyone reckon we might get a decent summer or wot :no:
