i'm supprised it's taken them so long,been paying for a rod license since i was a kid,
guess someones gotta pay for all the tax the're losing with all the non smokers!,
and pubs closing down.
just hope we can keep the trawlers 1mile out,and netters to 5 mile out lol ;D

I don't get it even if they do start making people pay for a lisence to sea fish half of the anglers will refuse to pay and carry on as normal.

yeh we know that they are a bunch of self trimming wankers but what can you do, nothing, like i said they are going to take the money off us no matter what. so dont get on my case bassman, we know its another tax.
there are millions of sea anglers out there, refuse to pay, and carry on as normal. will this work ???
