This is a sea angling forum for the debate of all angling related topics, including: shore fishing, boat and kayak fishing. Here you will find pictures of anglers going sea fishing and catching fish. You will find angling related debate. Sometimes anglers will retain fish for the table. Whilst we respect the personnal choice of anglers to follow catch and release practices, this is not a conservation forum and devout conservationists unable to accept anglers sensibly retaining fish should seek out alternative forums. Anyone preaching catch and release or criticising other peoples reports will have their posts removed.

As you can see by the  report the day was a bit of a stinker for casting , hard conditions made things very difficult for everyone , at times the court marker flags were were indicating what breeze there was blowing in different directions at either side of the court !!!! However everyone just got on with it and some of the new lads increased their pbs as day went on . well done  .

I'm here, didn't get that forum name by chance you know !
If you're refering to my distances not being shown I've spoken to my solicitor and it's in his hands  laugh
Conditions on the day were'nt good for casting big distances but never the less as usual everyone enjoyed themselves.
So far every comp we have new members joining the club and every comp we are seeing more spectators who when they see how things run they turn up at the next event to cast.
So Glenn the question should be where were you  cheesy  and the others you know who you are  embarrass
Joking aside all are welcome "lads and lasses ( now that would be refreshing)"
It's the best time of the year to improve you're casting skills.

Some people take longer than others to hit 200 yds Mike but with practice it's achievable by most, the thing is to stick at it and all the things eventually drop into place.
