Not bad recipie for Flounder, but maybe a bit over the top. I'll have to try it though. Anyone else like eating Flounder?

dot think there is one, as a dinner treat flounder ranks slightly higher than cardboard.  sad but not much.

- the best recipe for flounder? =let it go!! wink

alternativeley: -
-saw two peices of floorboard to fit in a saucepan put the flounder between , top up with water , a  sliced lemon, and two cloves of garlic.

simmer the lot for three hours....

 then drain carefully











    -followed by throwing the flounder away......







then .......   EAT THE BOARDS!!! yes laugh laugh laugh

just looked at the recipe & see it is for an Australian flounder, not our mud butts. think maybe otters recipe with a bit more garlic & less flounder should be OK  laugh laugh
