abu 6500 gr bearings

i have got an old 6500gr which needs a bit of a overhaul, anyone know where i can get new bearings for it and possibly a new cage, any tips on tuning it better would be a help, i have only got 3 mags in , are they best off equally spaced out or together in adjacent holes? and what position is best for the mag adjuster behind the cover on the end plate???
