Polite Notice

This is a sea angling forum for the debate of all angling related topics, including: shore fishing, boat and kayak fishing. Here you will find pictures of anglers going sea fishing and catching fish. You will find angling related debate. Sometimes anglers will retain fish for the table. Whilst we respect the personnal choice of anglers to follow catch and release practices, this is not a conservation forum and devout conservationists unable to accept anglers sensibly retaining fish should seek out alternative forums. Anyone preaching catch and release or criticising other peoples reports will have their posts removed.

Gadgets ??? such as ? lol.......if ya get a yak you'll be tinkering before you know it.
As for gadgets I ve only got an anchor trolley system fitted to mine which up to now has only been used as an auto ejecter for me !!!!

The other bits are a fishfinder, as most boats seak out the feature that hold fish you ll deffo want one, not essential but once you see how the guys with them drop on fish you ll want one.

If you are serious about getting a yak Ill let you know the next time I m going out, might be after christmas at this rate with the weather !! Then you can come and see what its all about if you want, I was bitten by ther yak bug and it is a fantastic way to not only fish but also to enjoy the environment in a peaceful way. Cracking way to catch some good fish.

Cheers Dave.
