Went on a rare pleasure fishing outing last night and managed to get 4 cod for 18lb Conditions were spot on. Lost 2 fish off at my feet in first 3 chucks! I don,t fish there much as a rule but the conditions were exactly the same as one night last season in the Thusday night league match in which I sacked up so had another go to see if it fished true. Bit slow at times but enjoyable.
