Polite Notice

This is a sea angling forum for the debate of all angling related topics, including: shore fishing, boat and kayak fishing. Here you will find pictures of anglers going sea fishing and catching fish. You will find angling related debate. Sometimes anglers will retain fish for the table. Whilst we respect the personnal choice of anglers to follow catch and release practices, this is not a conservation forum and devout conservationists unable to accept anglers sensibly retaining fish should seek out alternative forums. Anyone preaching catch and release or criticising other peoples reports will have their posts removed.

Hope this is the right place to share a fishing report with you guys.

03.11.07 8am to 10pm long old day but well worth it lots of activity.

Weather:about 51 fahrenheit
pressure: 1032mb
Visibility : Moderate
sea state moderate
Wind : North North Westerly

Started fishing around the low water mark and action was from the offset, with Dabs a plenty and a green megrim (http://web.ukonline.co.uk/aquarium/pages/megrim.html) in total had 20 fish
3 Rockling
- small 2 Whiting - undersize
1 Pouting - size
1 Flounder - size
1 Green Megrim
12 Dab - 4 Undersize
all in all a great day , bait was from Hunstanton Tackle and was bloody excellent. Also used fresh mussels to tip with and this seemed to work very weel for all species.
