Well
I'll start with a funny one as this one made me laugh so much my sides
were aching. Its a topic discussing secret cod baits used by anglers on
the north east coast. Ray Maddison aka RAMROD from the forum shows his
amazing sense of humour when he describes how the magic crystals - or
the magic ones as he calls them have helped him land so many cod in the
local fishing matches that his trophy cabinet at home is about to
subside under the weight of all the cups he has won. It shows that not
all the best anglers take themselves to seriously and are willing to
join in with the rest of us and have a laugh. you can read the

since forum member quint first told us about his kayak fishing exploits
I became fascinated with the subject. I think kayak fishing topics are
my favourite part of the forum and its great to read about the amazing
catches that have been made off our coastline. Two Kayaking topics
spring to mind instantly and they are both about bass. Firstly forum
member quint tempted an excellent bass of around 7 pounds using a lure
whilst fishing on the Yorkshire coast, then Forum member new Dave went
one better with a plug caught bass of just short of 9 pounds. These two
