The Ron Thompson Beach Buddy Fishing Shelter is not really light but very well made and really water proof I’ve
had rain and even snow on mine and couldnt foult it with regards to keeping the eliments off very spacious when inside more then ampll room for 2 anglers and seat boxes a little high when put up it could be a little lower to aid wind pull seems are very strong but can be a pain to erect yourself on a beach side skirts are very large ensureing plenty of sand to be placed on these that said when you have a look at these on the top were all the poles meet cheack that theres enougt clearence with regards to matirial set it up bethore you leave the shop if its possible there a realy tight fitting over the black
plastic and the main problem is putting it all away make sure you have loads of clearance over the plastic all in all a very very good designe at a decent price around the £45 to £50 mark it does it job and it does it very well keep cheacking the seems above your head as these may need re glueing after about a year
