Chieftain Charters Has New Owner
News Thursday, July 12th, 2007
The new season has got underway for Whitby’s Chieftain Charters. The boat has now changed hands with John and Michelle Brenning heading off around the world for fishing holidays with their many friends although still managing to keep in touch with the boats new owner and keep the areas boat anglers up to date with catches made on their old boat.
In a report on anglers net forums its said that the boat got off to a mixed start with the occasional better day but also the fishing was reportedly poor on a couple of the boats maiden journeys.
John Brennan says “They have also had a ten hour trip. The fishing was not so good”
With summer only just around the corner lets hope things pick up soon for chieftain and its new owners.
